Personal support. A phone call away.
Keep the routine. Catch the day it slips.
September–November 2026 · Europe & Central Asia
Health advice is easy to find and hard to keep. Diet, sleep, movement, supplements: none of them holds on its own, and most people manage all of them alone.
Aleteo is a voice coach that calls you. A short conversation each day about what you did, what got in the way, and how you feel. It logs what you want remembered, cues the habits you are building, and suggests one small change at a time.
The missed pill is rarely the problem. It is a sign of one. "I was travelling." "The baby woke me at five." The routine breaks before the results do. Aleteo listens for that day and helps you get back on track before a slip turns into quitting.
No app to install, no interface to learn. The pilot runs over ordinary phone calls, and you can enrol now.
"How did you sleep last night?"
We ask about your day, not about the product. What you actually notice is the useful answer.
Illustrative check-inA steady day is worth more than a perfect streak.
Large studies keep finding the same thing: people who take their pills regularly do better. The pill helps just as much as the steady life around it. Regular meals, regular sleep, less chaos.
Aleteo is built on that. The supplement you take is one line in your day; the day is what we work on. One manageable change at a time, so the routine fits your life rather than the other way round.
- Start with your goals
- Tell Aleteo what you are working toward, what you are taking, and what your days look like. Your starting point shapes the support.
- Notice the day it slips
- Aleteo asks whether you kept up, and if not, what happened. Travel, a bad night, a full week: these are the moments a routine breaks. Catching them early is most of the job.
- Say it in your own words
- Aleteo does not ask whether the product worked. It asks how you slept, how you ate, how you felt. If you think a change has more to do with your running than your supplement, say so. That answer is more useful to everyone than a polite yes.

Help shape a more personal kind of support.

Current use case: supplement routines and the habits around them.
We are testing whether short daily voice check-ins help people keep a supplement routine, and whether the calls can pick up the day a routine starts to break.
Aleteo is the AI coach behind the calls. What you say, and what you push back on, tells us which kinds of support are useful, what fits into daily life, and what needs to change.

You're in the right place. Follow the invitation or form you received for your programme. It explains how to get started and what to expect from your calls.

Two things these pilots are designed to measure.
Early warning on lapses. The routine break shows up in the call before it shows up in reorders. "Travelling" on Tuesday means a likely miss on Wednesday. That is a moment to act.
Feedback that survives a neutral question. Most satisfaction data comes from questions that already contain the answer. We ask about the day and let the product come up on its own. The number you get may be lower than the one you have. It is also the only one you can defend.

Support that fits into your day.
Aleteo calls your phone for a short conversation about your routine, your goals, and how things are going. You don't need to download an app for these check-ins.
Our iOS app is available through an invitation-based TestFlight programme.

What does Aleteo help with?
Keeping a daily routine steady. In the current pilots that means a supplement routine and the eating, movement, and sleep around it. The same approach applies to any habit you are trying to hold on to.
Is it just a reminder to take supplements?
No. A reminder tells you to take it. Aleteo asks if you did, and what that says about your week. The point is to spot the days a routine is under pressure and help you through them.
How is the support personalised?
Aleteo starts with your goals and the routine you describe. As you share more over time, it uses that context to adapt the conversation and suggestions. You can say when something doesn't fit, feels difficult, or hasn't made a noticeable difference.
What will we discuss?
Whether you kept up your routine, what got in the way, how you slept, ate, moved, and felt. The focus depends on your programme and what matters to you. "I'm not sure" and "I haven't noticed anything" are complete answers.
Why am I receiving calls from Aleteo?
If you have been invited to take part in the pilot, Aleteo is the voice on your check-in calls. Your invitation or programme form explains how to join and what to expect. To opt-out email the address on the invite.
Do I need the app?
No. The phone check-ins happen through ordinary phone calls. The mobile app is a separate way to use Aleteo and is available through our invitation-based TestFlight programme.
Is this medical advice?
No. Aleteo supports everyday wellbeing. It does not diagnose conditions, prescribe supplements, or tell you to change a dose. Questions about symptoms, whether a supplement is suitable for you, or how to take it should go to a qualified healthcare professional.
Can Aleteo tell whether my supplement is working?
Not yet. It can, however, make the picture much richer by collecting and cross-referencing the data, monitoring for side effects, and in the future provide you with a plan (or a supplement choice) that will be personalized accordingly.
Is Aleteo only for supplements?
No. Supplement routines are the first pilot because they are a clear, daily habit with a clear reason to keep it. Cognitive wellbeing and other everyday routines are part of Aleteo's direction and use the same conversation-based approach.
